FLAXCOMP® CLEAR, a transparent, aesthetic and durable solution

Flaxcomp® clear by DEMGY is a thermoplastic composite solution reinforced with natural fibers adapted to all types of markets (luxury, automotive, sport, leisure...). This 100% recyclable transparent finish enhances linen by giving a depth effect to the part.

This innovative composite is obtained thanks to a 2/2 linen fiber twill fabric associated with a transparent thermoplastic matrix, all treated at low temperature. 

The innovative Flaxcomp® solution is fully customizable for a wide range of transparent thermoplastic matrices with multiple surface textures.

The strengths of the new FLAXCOMP® CLEAR solution:

  • A finish reminiscent of the gloss of epoxy finishes, an aesthetic enhancement of the linen fiber thanks to a process solution that brings depth and gloss, while being 100% recyclable
  • The use of processes that respect the flax fiber to preserve its specific properties (mechanical properties and vibration absorption): 2/2 linen twill fabric associated with a transparent thermoplastic matrix.
  • The innovative Flaxcomp® solution is fully customizable thanks to multiple options such as surface texturing
  • Flaxcomp® is applicable to high volume markets such as automotive interiors, luxury, sports and leisure.
