Additive manufacturing in HT-23 (PEKK carbon filled)
DEMGY NormandieWith its DEMGY 3D workshop including two additive manufacturing stations, the DEMGY Group is a leading European manufacturer with facilities to produce functional parts and components from high performance PEKK carbon polymers, with increasing worldwide deliveries.
Our equipment includes the EOS P 810 station, as well as the new acquisition in 2022, the laser sintering machine using the EOS HT-23 material (based on Arkema's extreme polymer PEKK Kepstan® and reinforced with carbon fibers). With a build volume of 700 x 380 x 380 mm, the EOS P 810 enables rapid mass production of high-performance polymer parts directly from CAD data without the need for tools. These parts are lightweight, offer high durability and withstand temperatures well above 200°C.
