DEMGY switches to photovoltaic solar power
To meet its energy needs in a more sustainable way, DEMGY Normandie has favored the installation of a 284 kW photovoltaic power plant at its Saint-Aubin-sur-Gaillon site.
This facility will produce and consume 15% of the electricity required by the site. To finance this sustainable project, the Normandy Region has contributed €50,000, while the DEMGY Group has self-financed €210,000.
By promoting the production of green electricity, DEMGY is demonstrating its commitment to preserving environmental resources, a commitment already underpinned by the implementation of the circular Multiplasturgy® concept. Ultimately, DEMGY is committed to equipping all its sites with solar panels.
