DEMGY: A Recycled Sole for Decathlon
The plastics manufacturer, through its R&D team at Demgy Atlantique in Gétigné (44), unveils, in collaboration with Decathlon and the Italian Lonati Group, a shoe whose sole is made from 70% recycled materials. For this project, named Compresoor, Decathlon enlisted Demgy's expertise in polymer and composite transformation.
