A structured range of training
To meet its ambitions of being a reference in plastic recycling, Normandy has equipped itself with a training tool offered by Polyvia Formation, a merger of 12 national unions carried out in 2021. The institution allows students to find initial training from vocational high school to Bachelor's and Master's degrees (with 750 apprentices per year, half of whom are trained on the Alençon site), and a portion is dedicated to continuous training for the 4,000 employees in the sector trained every year.
