Our 3 R&D centers create production processes to meet every requirement for the creation & manufacture of complex parts:
- DEMGY Normandie, expert in additive manufacturing: powder bed technology in biosourced PA11, carbon-fiber-reinforced PEKK or Natural PEKK, and wire deposition technology enabling the deposition of continuous carbon fibers in PEKK matrices: combining complex shapes & high-performance materials, towards 0-waste production.
- DEMGY Frasne, expert in the micro-injection of technical thermoplastics, internalizes all production stages right through to the creation of injection molds, and innovates with microfluidic technology for the manufacture of lab-on-a-chip.
- DEMGY Atlantique, expert in thermoplastic composite processing: Flaxcomp®, ecological processes adapted to flax-based polymers & plant-fiber-reinforced composites, and Press&Make, net-shape technology for 0-waste production, even for complex & hollow geometries.
